What you will own
- Develop secure backend and full-stack capabilities for patient, provider and operational workflows.
- Design APIs and integrations for appointments, pharmacy, logistics, communications and clinical-support features.
- Apply strong privacy, access-control, auditability and secure data-handling practices.
- Build for reliability across variable network and device conditions.
- Collaborate with product, security and AI engineers on safety-conscious healthcare workflows.
- Improve automated testing, observability and release discipline for sensitive platform capabilities.
What you bring
Core qualifications
- Senior backend or full-stack engineering experience in secure production systems.
- Strong API, database, authentication and authorization design skills.
- Demonstrated ability to engineer systems handling sensitive or regulated information.
- Experience with automated testing, observability and reliable deployment practices.
- Strong attention to privacy, security and failure-mode design.
Additional strengths
Preferred experience
- HealthTech, FinTech, identity or other regulated-domain experience.
- Experience with real-time communications or secure document/media handling.
- Understanding of healthcare interoperability standards is beneficial but not mandatory.
