- Design reliable transaction and ledger models with strong auditability.
- Implement double-entry accounting, reconciliation and controlled adjustment workflows.
- Build member-account, payment, reporting and administrative features.
- Apply strong authorization, segregation-of-duties and immutable audit-history practices.
- Engineer idempotent and recoverable financial operations.
- Collaborate with security and business stakeholders on controls, evidence and operational reporting.
What you bring
Core qualifications
- Senior backend or FinTech engineering experience.
- Strong relational data modelling and transaction-processing knowledge.
- Experience with financial, accounting, payments or audit-sensitive systems.
- Demonstrated focus on correctness, reconciliation and traceability.
- Strong secure API and authorization design skills.
Additional strengths
Preferred experience
- Experience with cooperative, banking, ledger or accounting platforms.
- Knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping and financial controls.
- Experience integrating payment gateways or financial-service APIs.
