This website

The website is delivered over HTTPS and is designed to minimise unnecessary data collection. Security headers restrict common browser attack paths, and the enquiry form prepares a message in the visitor’s own email application instead of storing its contents on this website.

Responsible reporting

If you believe you have found a vulnerability affecting this website or a CloudTen service, email hello@cloud10.ng with a clear, non-destructive description. Do not access other people’s data, disrupt services, use social engineering, or include credentials and sensitive records in an initial report.

Scope and response

We will acknowledge credible reports, assess their severity, and coordinate next steps. Security information may be limited while investigation or remediation is in progress. Testing of client systems is never authorised through this public notice.
