The opportunity

What you will own

  • Handle customer enquiries and service requests through approved Operations Centre channels.
  • Provide first-line support for CloudTen services and products using approved scripts, knowledge articles and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Create complete support records and escalate technical, health, identity, billing, security or telecom issues appropriately.
  • Follow shift handover, queue-management and customer follow-up standards.
  • Protect customer information and comply with access-control, clean-desk and confidentiality requirements.
  • Participate in product training, coaching and quality-assurance reviews.

What you bring

Core qualifications

  • Strong customer communication, digital literacy and professional judgement.
  • Ability to learn and navigate multiple support systems and CloudTen product workflows.
  • Attention to detail, dependable attendance and ability to work structured shifts in Abuja.
  • Respect for confidentiality, privacy and security requirements.
  • Previous customer service or help-desk experience is preferred but not mandatory for exceptional candidates.

Additional strengths

Preferred experience

  • Experience in a service desk, call centre, technology support or telecom environment.
  • Relevant customer-service, IT support or office-technology certification.
  • Additional language skills relevant to CloudTen’s markets.

Employment, compensation and fair recruitment

The published USD range is a U.S.-market reference range for this role. Final compensation, benefits, employment classification, payroll, tax treatment and statutory entitlements are determined by the employing entity, work location, experience and applicable law.
