Support learners, instructors and administrators using CloudTen LMS across access, courses, assessments, content, notifications and institutional workflows.

The opportunity

What you will own

  • Assist learners, instructors and administrators with account, enrolment, course, assessment and content-access issues.
  • Troubleshoot browser, mobile, notification and common learning-platform configuration problems.
  • Support institutional administrators with approved user-management and platform workflows.
  • Escalate defects, integration issues and accessibility problems with clear reproduction details.
  • Create understandable knowledge content for different levels of digital experience.
  • Identify recurring friction in learning workflows and share evidence with product teams.

What you bring

Core qualifications

  • 2+ years of education technology, SaaS support, customer support or service-desk experience.
  • Clear communication and patience supporting users with different levels of technical confidence.
  • Strong digital literacy and structured troubleshooting ability.
  • Good understanding of privacy and appropriate handling of learner/institutional information.
  • Ability to document cases and follow through to resolution.

Additional strengths

Preferred experience

  • Experience with LMS platforms, LTI, SCORM, xAPI, SSO or education administration.
  • Experience supporting higher education, training organisations or distributed learners.
  • Accessibility or instructional-technology awareness.

Employment, compensation and fair recruitment

The published USD range is a U.S.-market reference range for this role. Final compensation, benefits, employment classification, payroll, tax treatment and statutory entitlements are determined by the employing entity, work location, experience and applicable law.
